Arsène Tungali (@arsenebaguma) is the Executive Director and Co-founder of Rudi International. He is committed to digital technologies, education, leadership development, and social progress, and to seeing that Rudi is active in these areas.  Arsène is based in Goma and Kinshasa, DRC.
